When you or your staff encounter technical issues with the Amissa platform, here are the fastest ways to get help.
Support Channels
Email: Contact our support team directly at support@amissa.com.
In-app chat: Use the support chat available from your provider dashboard.
Support Hours
Support is available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM ET.
Directing Patients with Technical Issues
If a patient contacts your practice about an Amissa technical issue, you can direct them to the same Help Center or have them email support@amissa.com. For urgent patient-facing issues, you can also escalate through your provider dashboard.
